This is to authorize that the bearer Dave Huisinga, is a driver of a stake truck and is hauling CCC enrollees to Hot Springs and is entitled to privileges accorded such, for the dates of December 13, 14, and 15th, 1935.

David C. Huisinga was born Oct. 31, 1912 and died May 20, 1985. On August 10, 1940 he was united in marriage to Delia Cecile Krull of of Chancellor, SD.
