John Wingenbach, son of Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Wingenbach of Nisland, South Dakota, was fatally injured Wednesday evening, January 1, 1941 in an automobile accident near Nemo.

He became a member of this Company October 11, 1940, and during his short stay with us gained the friendship of everyone who knew him. His quiet and reserved manner, cooperative spirit, and good habits won him the respect of all.

The Personnel and members of this Company are deeply grieved at his untimely death and extend to his family our heartfelt sympathy in our great mutual loss.
