Corona in Rapid City, 1941

Each CCC camp had a newspaper usually printed monthly. The publication reported on activities in and around camp and various personnel contributed. In April of 1941 The Roubaix Echo reported on the open-house, the arrival of boys from Little Rock, Arkansas as well as a safety quiz.

Local businesses helped supported the camp newspapers by advertising. You could get Corona at a Rapid City business. Please see the April 1941 Echo. Scroll down to page 5.
