Alvin Ray Ellerton, 92, passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Rapid City Regional Hospital.

Alvin is survived by his daughter, Vicki (Dennis) Volk of Box Elder; two brothers, Sherman Ellerton of Rapid City and Marlin Ellerton of Bakersfield, CA; one sister, Arlene Cannon of Kenniwick, WA; grandchildren, Josh Ritterhouse of Casper, WY, Shane Ellerton, Gabe Ellerton, Laci (Adam) Beshara, and Tyler (Kayla Long) Volk, all of Rapid City; great-grandchildren, Catreana, Kaidan, and Jax.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Hallie, a son, Mark, and his brothers, Floyd, Mervin, Russel, and Kenny.
