Hollis Howard Cox

Wasta, SD

1934, 1784-V, Calcite, F-17,

Hollis Howard Cox was born October 9, 1891. He died November 11, 1979, in Rapid City, SD. He served in World War I and is buried in the Black Hills National Cemetery.

In the late 1920's and early 1930's, he lived in Wasta, SD. Then early to mid 30's moved to Rapid City. In the early 40's worked at North Western Construction Co. After that, it is believed he went to work for the City until his retirement.
