The following is from Camp Park Creek newspaper March 31, 1941. Spelling is Frazer but several other documents indicate Fraser.

Mr. William H. Fraser arrived and assured the duties of Subaltern with this company on March 12th. Mr. Fraser's home is at Conway, Arkansas. He has served with the CCC in Ark., North Dakota, Montana and South Dakota. He holds a commission as 1st Lieutenant 405th Inf Res. Mr. Fraser is married, his family are living at Fruitdale, S. Dak. at present.
