Tyrrell - Five Generations

Mick Tyrrell and his wife stopped at the Civilian Conservation Corps Museum of South Dakota. They found Mick's grandfather Francis Tyrrell listed in the roster of men who served in the CCC in South Dakota. They returned later in the month (July 2017) with Mick's father Bernie and his wife, Mick's son Josh, his wife and 2 sons.

Bernie recalled his dad talking about the work he had done near the Stratobowl which may be what interested Bernie Tyrrell in becoming a hot air balloon pilot. Bernie shared some interesting stories of his own.

This was a wonderful visit with the family of CCC Man Francis Tyrrell. He was identified in two photos on display at the museum.
