Photos provided by family members suggest that Mr. Zahn spent time at CCC Camps Doran, Lightning Creek, and side Camp Red Bird, and Orman in addition to Civilian Conservation Corps Camp Columbia.

Joseph Anton Zahn was born July 7, 1919. Joseph Zahn died April 21, 2000 at Aberdeen, Brown County, South Dakota, USA. Burial place is Saint Marys Cemetery, Aberdeen, SD.
