Delbert Lehman CCC Certificates

Delbert Lehman was in the CCC. Mr. Lehman's daughter Judith donated several of his documents and some photos of his time with the Civilian Conservation Corps.

Men in the Civilian Conservation Corps served various lengths of time and at various camps. The enrollee may serve one six-month term or several depending on the individual situation. Additionally, the place of service may be one camp or several.

Many of the camps offered instruction and classes on a variety of subjects. Men were encouraged to take advantage of these opportunities. Certificates were awarded upon completion and these certifications may prove positive in future opportunities.
