CCC Carved Stone
Stone donated by Calvin and Nyra Brown of Watertown, South Dakota.
Found about 1988 in Dry Lake north of Lake Poinsett lying face up in the mud, the stone came from Company 2751, Camp Lake Poinsett. CCCs built a channel under highway 81 into Dry Lake and to Lake Poinsett. Ice probably carried the stone down the channel.
Stone with CCC carved in it, found near Lake Poinsett
